dissatisfied

i have a contract with mtn and had an issue in December when i was ****** my phone and they could not accept my claim and i cancelled my insurance with them which they never stop deducting for the insurance from my account and they decided to cancel my debit order which that is something i have never ask them to do for the month of may and then seeing that my package deal was R607.83 which i paid on the 08.05.2020 and while i was there they where experiencing system issue so they could not help me with my query

i have been going back and forth with mtn every month and nothing seems to be resolved , having being a loyal customer means nothing , they only want money and their stuff members give a poor standard of service and they are so rude .
