Dissatisfied

Very dishonest company and bad service behavior and they like to **** people 😒. I had a contract that was ending on 26th of January 2026 ,Money i was aware that I owe them was only R56 ,now they send me email saying I have to pay R729 because my last contract ended and they moved me to month-month ,mind you I was only paying R256 and then they decided to renew my contract to R729 for only 30G .Who can pay R729 for only 30G ? I emailed them to complain not even one person has helped me but I did phone around November 2025 to cancel my contract or not to renew or upgrade it. Now I'm no longer working from where I can get that R729 to pay them? Can someone please help me to escalate my complain and mtn to reverse the data that they send me already because I'm not going to use it and I don't money to pay for it
