Dissatisfaction with MTN Customer Service

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I called regarding my WiFi issue and was informed that my account is suspended. Despite making a payment up until today, I have yet to receive any feedback or confirmation from your team.

It is now the third day without any communication, and next week is another payment day. Your service SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!
