Dissatisfaction with customer service at MTN store Wonderpark

I bought a phone at mtn Wonderpark store month end of May, so it has been giving me problems and then I went back to the store last week Wednesday to report the problem and I told them I will bring the phone on Thursday with the box and everything. On Thursday I didn't find the lady who sold me the phone, so when I got to the store I was asked how could they help me, so I told them I'm here to return the phone but can I first transfer my stuff in the phone to the phone that I will be using, so I did and it took some time. Around past 5 I was done and waited on the counter with the phone and the box, unfortunately no one saw the need to help me, one employee was busy testing phone camera right in front of me. About 3 employees knocked off while I was still waiting on the counter. Customers came in and were helped while I was still waiting at the counter. The guy named Abel even became sacarstic that they will even give me the key to the stores, he continued scanning Sim cards and calling friends while I am still waiting on the counter. One customer came and made an application plus purchase till to the end while I was still waiting at the counter. Only at 18h26 that lady is asking if I'm still transferring and I told her I was long done the time I came to the counter, I was to submit the phone but nobody attended to me. She started saying who did I tell, now that person knocked off and the supervisor, of which she can't print out the form for me and I must come back tomorrow. I told her I drove all the way to joburg just to bring the phone, now tomorrow I must come back again and she said then book your phone at joburg. I honestly feel like coz I wasn't coming to buy, I was ignored and also the lady who sold me the phone was off, maybe she could have given me better service. The person whom I reported to could have asked the supervisor to print out the forms so long I was transferring my files to the other device, otherwise how I'm I supposed to know who does what in the store and who is the supervisor. Now I have to back again after my day was wasted. It's very saddening
