Dissatisfaction

I app**** for my contract on the 19th of June 2021 with MTN via Mondo, I have been waiting for a response for over a week now. Every time I track my application it says "processing". I have tried communicating with MTN but no luck so far. This is really frustrating because I want to know what is going on.
