Dissatisfaction

Please help me get my phone back;im paying mtn insurance every month my phone broke the screen in November i had my phone collected in Dec;on the 12th i got an sms that my phone is being repaired then i waited for delivery nothing came;i had to call again to check whats happening and they told me that they can't fix it and i asked about the sms they said i didn't read well im paying them alot of money to run after them i don't have a phone until today.
