Dissappearing of airtime

Mtn services are irritating me due to taking my airtime for services I'm subscribed for according to them but the irony of it all is that I did not subscribe at all.I went to parow centre to complain and the lady send an email to stop it but still it is continously happening.I am sick and tired of this networ.They took every month my r55 airtime.
