DISSAPOINTING

We have been trying since the 16/08/2021 to attend to an error that was made on MTN's behalf. When we call through we get told it is done already. We have noe called and emailed several times and are still not getting the required result. MTN messed up the primary contact number NOT US!!! Please can this be sorted ASAP.
