DISSAPOINTED WITH MTN

MTN does not deserve any rating at all I'd rate their service 0/10. I've been calling MTN since 25-10-2024 for payment allocation which was not reflecting on their system, I was asked to send my proof of payment of which I did and they did confirm receiving it. my complaint was lodged and I was shocked when they still suspend my line and also hand me to the legal team. I tried calling the legal department and I had to hold until my 100 calling minutes was depleted, it's also not possible to get their managers online though. at this point I feel so helpless
