dissapointed in the service

Im disgraced in MTN after being a clients for more then 10years, i wanted to take out a new contract and they declined the contract the consultant only says the bureu shows a zero which he couldnt explain to me as well. Like my current account with MTN is in credit, im a loyal client so i dont understand whats the issue.
