DISSAPOINTED IN MTN INSURANCE

I am DISSAPOINTED with the MTN Insurance, i have been waiting for over a MONTH for my device to be collected for repairs yet they take their premiums from me each month with no FAIL but when i need to utilise my insurance policy they drag their feet.. WoW i have NEVER experienced such POOR service if i don't follow up on whats happening with my claim NOBODY contacts me to keep me in the loop. I am Livid!!!
