Dissapointed customer

Morning Hellopeter can u please assist me I took 2 phones on contract at MTN than both phones were lost in March this year I reported the matter at MTN also submitted all the necessary documents including the case number from the police station than they promised to sort this within 3 months but up until today I don't have a phone still waiting for MTN please help me *** or ***
