Dissapointed Customer
Been with MTN for several years and have tried my best to get 1 of my phones from 2013 Black listed which MTN have failed to do. I've spent countless hours at the store , customer care contact centers and walk in centers etc. Although they acknowledge the old phone contract that I took back in 2013 , they are not able to black list it which in 2019 sounds strange. This has now resulted in my insurance company rejecting my claim due to just 1 out of 2 phones being black listed. Really hoping someone from MTN contacts me to resolve this and restore faith in MTN.
