Dissapointed Client - Bad Service

I received a call from an agent to offer me an upgrade, we finalized everything on the phone but I have not yet received the phone. I have been calling their call center everyday for the past three weeks and I have been sent from pillar to post. I am very disappointed by the service that I am receiving. Worse the consultant that helped me with the upgrade is also no where to be found.
