Dissapointed and wasted my money!

Hi my name is Cindy. I received a call from one of your sales person, sounded like a coloured lady, to give me an offer for a pocket sized router for R110 monthly which I will get 160GB. I accepted the offer and the the router was delivered, it was a home router and I was requred to pay R220 for it, which was something I did apply for. I'm very much dissapointed I will never accept anything for you guys. I'm currently wasting my money with the ups and downs trying to return this big home router again. This was my 1st and last purchase, next time when I want something I will go to the directly to the store not telephonically.
