Dissapointed and Disgusted with MTN
Good Morning I am very disgusted with MTN in that there constantly appears content service subscriptions on my account. I have requested to block the service but the call center staff advised me that i should dial *141*5# which i have done but these services continuously re-appear. There has been numerous requests for the content services companies to provide proof of subscription but they have ignored such requests.
I have gone through the painstaking effort of formatting my phone and loading the default stock ROM OS systems but still these content services keep on re-appearing.
This is ***** and I will now have to seek legal advise in this regard because I do not subscribe to any content services.

Please give me a call so that this can be sorted out as I am on the point of seeking legal advice. I do not subscribe to any services and if the subscriptions are from a web based subscription then someone is using my number to subscribe to services without me knowing of these subscriptions. which is ***** as i know it.
So please give me a call so that we can resolve this issue ASAP.
