I'm writing this to Hello Peter since you failed to reply to my emails<br> I am writing to dispute a billing error in the amount ZAR 1051.86 of on my account. The amount is inaccurate because I have taken this contract on top up with a monthly instalment of R369.00 for 24month of which I will be getting 100 anytime minutes and 500mb of data and nothing else . I am requesting that the error be corrected, that any finance and other charges related to the disputed amount be credited as well, and that I receive an accurate statement.<br>
