DISSAPOINTED
I bought a black berry Z3 phone in February . Lately it was not charging so I took it to Jet In Cresta so that MTN can look at it as it was not charging . Since MTN was my network provider and I was paying insurance monthly . They brought my phone after a month without repairing and evening in a worse condition - where it seemed as though the phone was dropped with the screen cracked and flickering . When I left IT in a fine condition only with the charger not charging .

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused and for the breakdown in service experienced.
If the device was repaired under insurance that is held with Jet Stores, you will need to report the matter directly to their Insurance Department as they liaise directly with our Repair Centre team.
We've also tried locating a booking with the cell-phone number and ID number provided and cannot locate anything. Please call our High Volume Repair Centre team on *** and provide them with your ID number in order to see what the end result of the booking was.
Once again we do apologize for any inconvenience caused.
