Dissapointed

MTN just decided to block my number on their network, I have been calling since Friday and they are sending me from pillar to post, apologizing for the inconvenience but still not resolve.

My contract is ending in August but trying to call retention department for early termination but they put the phone down every time I get through "after holding for more than an hour"
