DISSAPOINTED
Went to MTN store Sunnypark in May 2015 to do a contract upgrade. Was told that it will take about 3 days to respond. It took more than a week with no response and then decided to cancel my application for upgrade. Was surprised when I got recharged with 100 minutes and 300 SMS as per the upgrade which I already cancelled. Went back to the store to follow-up on my request and another request was made to cancel
