Dissapointed

Very disappointed in MTN I have been a loyal customer for years and recently got retrenched and unable to make this month's debit order. I phone mtn to try arrange something and I'm told no arrangement can be made....I will get handed over and I can make a payment arrangement with them. I am unemployed and can't pay at this time! I am not trying to run away but I'm in a situation at the moment. Suppose I'm just a number 🤷
