Dissapointed

Goodday i went with my new phone who was still in his 7 days period where this lady told me she must send it away for 3 to 4 working days i told her that buts its still in my 7 days . i tgen left with the phone who got warm when it charge en switch off after a week i got back from benoni i spoke to carmen a nice lady who told me in the 7 days they test it in the shop and replace it immediately i then ask for the manager a white guy with long beard who told me they gonna pull the video footage and see he was not even really interested in my story for a customer with my long history i feel so frustrated even the manager want to explain to me about my 7 days that is finish but i know when i took the phone back it was still in my 7 days now i got a phone tgat is almost 10 days who freeze and overheat that even burn you when you touch it.
