Disrespectful staff and manager

I took my out of warranty phone to mtn and it was booked in for repairs it's an sony z2 tablet. I paid 3200 for a broken screen and went to fetch at mtn in town. Mr Hussein Mahomad kept in pressing down the screen as it looked like it was not perfectly fit in at the repairs. The screen kept on popping out around the edges, he asked me if I was satisfied I said no but he insisted that I take the phone home and bring it back with my original purchase slip for a rebook. I went home looked for the slip but couldn't find it. I am an orthopedic outpatient so my mom came home in December on 16th looked for the document and gave to me, Mr Hussein on 23rd of December shouted at me and said the phone was physically damaged and insisted that he gave it back to me in good condition. I asked him for his number and he said I could take his name and number, his father's number and siblings numbers he doesn't care, kept on saying I still will pay more money for the repairs I asked not shout at me . He called the man shouting and I qoute " George this ppl think they can come in here lie this phone is physically damaged and even if it wasn't in good condition when I gave it back look it is an out of warranty. I asked him why did mtn fix an out of warranty phone and made me pay R3187 if when I'm not satisfied treat my like this he said I must ask them I did not pay him I paid mtn. The staff was laughing and I walked out.

The condition of the screen is popped out, cracked I have upgraded my contract 3 times with mtn and didn't expect this from them.
