Disrespectful service

I am perplexed by the absolute atrocious service received from Mtn. Nobody ever calls back after a query, your concern is never resolved, there is never a manager on duty and sending a formal complaint is redundant. I could have more understanding if this was done by one person, but after speaking to Nomfundo, Nelisha, Vikesne, Nqobile, Lilhe - just to name a few - the result remains unsatisfactory which proofs to be the company status quo. I feel utterly disrespected by the absolute neglegance experienced from such a large corporation. This is unexeptable!!!
