Disrespectful MTN Agent.

I am completely digusted with the services I received from MTN this morning. I called to enquire about a certain subscription on my number, the agent was extremely disrespectful’ had an attitude (the agent was probably upset that she/he had to work today) and when I was about to mention the number in question she dropped the call. The reference is ( ***) for the call.i don’t expect this from MTN because I have multiple contracts with MTN for the past 5 years.

This was unnecessary and I just wanted assistance from MTN. I don’t think any customer deserve this type of treatment.
