Disrespectful consultant

I just called MTN and I spoke to Lindo who wasn't interested in assisting me I told her I was having a problem receiving email and she said rudely that I must call Gmail and I told her that I phoned earlier and another consultant advised me to delete some of the emails and I told her that I will do that and if the problem persists I will call again that is where now I was speaking to Lindo who started raising her voice and I told her not to raise her voice but transfer me to another consultant and she Hung up
