Disrespected by mtn staff and mtn does not take priority in complaints or how unfairly we treated as customers

I know that I'm just wasting my time by writing this review. I spoke to Bkheki Magagula this morning I give him my ID number he didnt not want to take it and I asked to speak to his manager because he was showing no interest and willingness to help he told me it's no use speaking to a manger. I told him he can't decide for me what to do. He said he sent a request for the manger to call me back bcos he is working from home. Up until now no one phoned me. Mtn network and service is really bad and when u call their support team like Bkheki they don't want to assist you.every time u call u sent from pillar to post. Right now I'm speaking to Nolu she says I can send an email. She doesn't want me to speak to her manager as well she says she is busy. Imagine busy for a customer. And the said part is that mtn does not even take priorities in their complaints I have logged complaints and no one has bothered to call me. Nolu Manali just hanged up on me
