Dispute phone contract and Misrepresentation

On 23th November 2023 I went to MTN store Wonderpark Pretoria to buy phone on contract, initial went there for Samsung A54,but sales person told me that there's a better phone than the one I wanted and is cheaper with the amount of R329.00 monthly for 24 months,I then decided to take it,the brand of the phone is Oppo A78, when they deduct money from my account they took R428.00 and I thought is because for the first month lately they sent me monthly statement of R399.00, that's were I contacted them (MTN)they told me is my monthly premiums for 24 months,I then sent them my contract with the price of R309.00,they told me that they have other contract on their system n they will email it to me,they emailed that documents of contract to me that's when I realised that there's lots of mistakes on the contract, marriage status on is wrong,my salary,bank card expiry date, phone insurance which I don't want, residential duration,work period,

Worse part I have asked the salesperson to give me the copy of my contract he told me he will make copies and give them to me,but he decided to give me only terms and conditions of the contract and the one wrote with his handwriting with the price of R309.00,

I will not recommend any person to MTN,I even contacted their head office,they told me that will only cancel the contract but I will pay cancellation fee,

Further more sales person apologized for wrong information on my contract but he won't change anything on my contract I just have to pay for 24 months, that's my drama with MTN store Wonderpark Pretoria.
