Dispute of contract - no feedback

I have now officially been struggling 4 days to get my dispute of a contract resolved with MTN, I have called 6 times, spoken to accounts, legal, cancelations, went to a the store in N1 City & even tried going to social media route with not one person coming back to me and actually resolving the matter, I have received multiple sms’s stating my query has been closed... nothing has been done and not one person has had any feedback for me
