Dispute invoices not resolved

On 28 / 11 / 2020 there was 2 payments made. One of R899 via EFT One instore of R899 + R250 = R1149 I was told not to make payment for December because of double payment.

This has been an issue for the last 4 months. Every month the amounts does not add up or the amount is different. Every month my phone gets suspended. Just because of payments not veen allocated. Every month i complain and no one get back to me. I NEED A SOLUTION!!!!!!!!!
