Dispute against mtn

Dispute with mtn Mtn is the worst provider that I have ever seen and experienced in my life.. A very poor client service, poor communication and have no skills for client service. I even developed hatred towards this company because of their poor service they render. I saved this company a phone that was supposed to be delivered in Mpumalanga, the package was on my names I'm a woman (she) But the statement or receipt was on a male (he) names and his address and yet I stay in Johannesburg. Mtn managed to process false/********** transaction and even delivered the phone to the *********.. Fortunate enough on the delivery date they used my cell phone number because the ********* number was on voice mail so they opted in calling me.. I was very shocked because I don't stay & never been in Mpumalanga but I managed to stop that by instructing the dsv guys to take the phone back to mtn but their office called me to take the package then immediately I called mtn they advised me that I should go to the nearest police station and write an affidavit which I did then took the phone back to mtn Carlton center Johannesburg they booked it in and the process was done successfully I was given references. This happened in June 2021.. In July mtn debit my account for that recovered phone I contacted them and they promised to sort this out immediately but they failed it happened this until January 2022 where I received a call from lawyers demanding R23 000 and threatening me that failure to do so they will list me. I then contacted mtn with no help and answers why is this not resolved. I have all the proofs that I don't owe mtn. I have communication to them with no response, it has been 8 months fighting this battle with mtn with no vail. I need your help. Thank you S
