DISPOINTED with MTN repairs centre
In December I handed my phone to the mtn midlands mall for repairs. I was told that it might take long due to the fact that it was the holiday period, Which I understood. I went back to the store to check if my phone was fixed after two weeks had passed, I was told they don't know. Was then called in the second week of January the 12th to pick up my phone, I took it home and it never came on , on the 13/01/15 my husband handed the phone back to them ,he asked if there was report to say what was wrong ,they said no and that they will re-book the phone .my husband requested for them to get the report and who was responsible for fixing the phone. I have been to the store every week ,with no response. The manager Mark Pillay was informed via email and no response there either. During this time my phone is still in warranty and not fixed. I went back to the store on the 3/3/15 ,fareeda was contacted for the required documentions for the first repair USD:*** plus emails to HURC ***. no response. Sandra Mudzengrara was called on the 14/3/15 explained to her and requested for her to call back but I had to call her response was that she wasn't planning to call. Thanks Jocelyn
