Dismissive attitude to contract cancellations.

I requested a cancellation for the following two contracts last week Thursday. I asked that both numbers be completely disconnected, that they should not fai***** to Prepaid, the said numbers are still active, a complete dismissal of my request. I requested immediate cancellation, soft lock both numbers if you must. I am deeply disappointed the customer service department and their lack of responsiveness.
