Dismal service-MTN Insurance

I claimed for my cellphone to be fixed sometime in January and when it was initially returned it came back in a worse state than it was in before, the screen and cover were fixed but the camera came back blurry and I still wasn't received most calls. It's now April , I have been following up yet I still don't have my phone , to add on MTN couldn't even provide me with a courtesy phone. I wouldn't advise anyone to use MTN 's insurance the service is dismal.
