Dismal service from MTN insurance
<p>I submitted a claim to MTN insurance for damage to my cellphone. Subsequent to the claim being approved it took 5 working days for the phone to be collected. The phone is still not repaired and it has been 9 working days since collection. What is frustrating is that a loan phone should have been allocated to me but was not. I have now been without a phone for 20 days. Upon calling the call centre I was put on hold for 26 minutes before my call was attended to.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would not advise anyone to take this insurance. </p>
