Dismal and horrible MTN SA services!

I canceled a data contract with MTN, after they have made me pay outrageous amounts and they give me a telephonic confirmation that it was canceled on the 15th of September only for them to deduct another R1,177 again from my account today 2nd of October 2022. MTN SA is just bullying people and taking undue advantage of people and contracts. Zanele Radebe was the one that attended to me. The data Sim number is ***. I have sent several e.mails, called them, went to their office and even cc ICASA some times all to no avail. MTN services have gone beyond pathetic to *******.
