Dishonor Claim Process ! Terrible service ! Dont do it!

I'm so disappointed mtn. Our family has been with mtn for years for cellphone contracts. Even when people said they are robbing us with data and airtime we stuck to them. Now that my phone was ****** and it's time to claim their service is terrible. They have been telling me for a month now that they will give me feedback. Still nothing. My claim is by the underwriters is all I get. This is not a vehicle claim it's a phone claim. This is not on guys. Safe yourself and dont take mtn insurance!!!!! IPhoners
