Dishonesty from Mt Jozini Employees

I took a month to month data. Did my research on it and my stated that there are no commitments and I can cancel any time. I took this on 24/07/2024 and I wasn't satisfied with the service I decided I want to cancel and I was told to return the router I did that on the 22nd of October it was a hussle my agent did not want to help but they took the router. Following week after making so much contact with my I received smses with reference that it is booked for cancelation on the 28/10/2024.since this was in process I thought it went through but seemingly there have been so much delays and the company keeps dragging the matter and they've continued to take the money for a service that I'm not longer using and the router that is with them. I require cancelation and refund. Now this messes my budget
