Dishonesty and bad service

I am unhappy with how MTN is dealing with my case, I have been trying to cancel my contract from October without any luck. I spoke to Sinazo on 2022/11/28 at 10:44 and she hung up on me after hearing my reason for cancellation

It very dishonest because I called beforehand, so my contract does not lapse to the following month

I went in the store yesterday and I was still not assisted
