Dishonesty about upgrade as well as online service disclaimer.

Pathetic service tried to upgrade today on 18/03/2023 and they told me even though I can upgrade and that I am eligible for an upgrade I have to pay R1200 and that I can only upgrade starting from 27/03/2023. This is dishonesty... and coming from the lady sitting behind the desk she said that even if they allow you to upgrade online they will not inform you of the extra charges and devide it within 3 months and add it on as extra on your account without informing you. PATHETIC I WOULD RATHER CANCEL MY CONTRACT. Thanks MTN for nothing I have been with you since before 2010 and this is the treatment I get.
