Dishonest service

I called you a month before the end of my contract to cancel and you told me to call back in another month. Now the contract has expired and you have charged me double the previous rate because THAT IS JUST SOMETHINBG YOU DO TO CUSTOMERS ISN'T IT??? And low and behold, when calling the Call Centre end selecting the options to cancel a contract, the connection is ALWAYS ****!!!! So I can't actually speak to you!!
