Dishonest selling method with upgrade

To add to my still standing previous complain I have still have no response from Mtn other than my complaint will be escalated and then a letter to ask \ How was our service?"Which obviously does not exist. Two weeks ago I got hold of Fazlyn Again I told the whole story that I did not receive the written contract as was promised by Mtn Direct and to my surprise found out from Fazlyn that I was dealing with a subcontractor in Durban! and that I should deal with them. I did not deal with a subcontractor.I dealt with a person Andrew Who told me a lot of lies and said he was Mtn Direct. Fazlyn said she would take it on her to cancell my renewed contract"
