Dishonest salesmen n reps

I had a data sim ordered..it arrived unricad..so i could not use it..i had to wait morw than two weeks..i was **** to on my application on the phone about my contract details...after much frustration i told them had the order not been sorted i want it cancelled..now i see my credit listing has them listed coz i owe them 800 for a sim i dont even use after i told them i want it all cancelled as i was mislead and **** to amd been given a disservice for having a sim not activated for two weeks...i want this taken off my name
