Dishonest Sales person **** and I am being constantly overcharged!!!!!

I upgraded ONE month earlier and when I did I was told I would have to pay ONLY the remaining device fees over a 2 month period and then my contract fee would kick in, however, I have been OVER CHARGED for the FOURTH month in a row!!!! I upgraded and opted for a Made 4 me XS which should be R299 per month, yet you keep charging me around R450!!!!! Your Sales person **** to me!!!!!!!! Ive tried calling numerous times but I can never get through!!!!!!! Your Service is a joke!!!!!

I would like to be called to sort this out ASAP!!!!!!!
