Dishonest Mtn call Centre agents

I've been **** to and conned again after vowing never ever to fall for a call Centre agents lies. In June 2019 I was called and asked if I was interested in upgrading my Mtn contract and I said NO not again after I was caught previously by an ************ agent. This time the manager was called and assured me that all is liigit and that they will just upgrade my contract. After re assuring me that the same won't happen again i agreed. The phone was delivered and to my surprise I was issued another contract instead of just an upgrade . After contacting Mtn they've confirmed that after listening to the sales call that I indeed was cheated. Theyve said that they will cancel the contract and that they'll just upgrade me as originally requested and I should keep the device. To cut a long story short ,I am still paying for a contract I didn't ask for and will finally go in today and start cancelling my contracts one by one as they come up for renewal. Never ever again will I do business with them after being assured and receiving emails that my query has been resolved.
