Dishonest

My mother had a contract with MTN. We spent months ensuring it would end and not go over to prepaid. I spoke and emailed multiple times and was ensured it was all sorted and enough notice was given. My mom went into an MTN store countless times AND STILL they debited her account after it had ended. And as always, now no one knows what's going on and just won't help. It is pathetic service and it is the reason I have now decided not to renew my contracts with them or even use them again. You are taking money from a woman who is almost 70 and I see hundreds of reviews and complaints online of MTN doing this to people. Someone has to hold these companies accountable because they take money that does not belong to them and never return it.
