Dishonest business ethics

Took the shesha 600 month to month (31/08/2026) with a R500 takealot voucher. The promotion is still active (as of 14/09/2026) yet I still haven't received my voucher. Contacted mtn on the 10th September 2026 and today 14/09/2026 my query *** was opened and closed within less than a minute without any further explanation nor communication
