Dishonest and disgusting!!!

Yesterday I was struggling with the wi-fi and internet connection at home, so I called MTN Coverage and the lady I spoke to told me that there was nothing wrong with the internet connection and that both towers near me were working perfectly fine. This morning the problem is still persisting and I again called their call center, only to be told that the tower near me has been down for two days and they don't know when the issue will be resolved.

So this woman decided to blatantly lie to me, instead of telling me about the ongoing issue. Now I have to drive 60km to town in order to work today!!!

And this after I was paying MTN for nearly a year after being **** to about the coverage in my area.
