Dishonest & ************

I was contacted by the call centre agent, from the first word I believe I was misled. There were ************ and had a whole bunch of empty promises.

When I called back to query the deal it was told to me that the deal was not valid. When I asked for the call recording, I was told by Dinesh Govender I have no right to get the call recording. I then asked to speak to management and again my request was denied. This just goes to show the dishonesty in this company runs right the way to the highest level.
