Disgustingly useless services

I regret being mtn customer. Their service is so pathetic. You can't call and speak to an agent. I have so many problems with mtn home wifi and my prepaid services. 1. Their router always have connection problem everyday after 5pm. No one to call, no number to call the 135 doesn't even give one option to speak to the agent. 2. Always having problems when buying bundles. One ended up using the airtime to call family and they are so damn expensive. Their new mobile app is disgustingly useless. Their whatsap Chanel is useless too, whatever u can't do on the app u can't get help with it on WhatsApp.
